As the Client Success Manager, Carrier Relations, you’ll lead relationships with our major insurance partners, coordinate complex projects, and empower teams to deliver outstanding service to the employers and participants we support. What You’ll Do • Build and strengthen high-trust partnerships with carrier stakeholders and internal teams, serving as the strategic point of contact. • Direct and manage regional leads facilitating monthly calls driving accountability, best practice sharing, and problem-solving. • Oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of wellness and engagement programs for carrier-insured groups. • Ensure all contractual obligations and SLAs are achieved, with a continuous focus on quality and efficiency. • Facilitate ongoing communication and alignment meetings to promote proactive partnership. • Use critical thinking to anticipate challenges, design creative solutions, and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, data team and leadership to deliver results that exceed client expectations. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree preferred; open to varied disciplines (communications, business, or health-related a plus). • 3–5 years of experience in client success, program or project management, or partnership coordination. • Track record of exceptional relationship management, people leadership, and analytical problem-solving. • Confident communicator with strong professional presence and polish. • Organized, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, collaborative environments. • Adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes and quality.
