As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to lead client relationships and ensure every account thrives.
Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager at WeekThink, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients—managing communications, performance reports, strategy presentations, and retention. You will coordinate across teams to ensure projects align with client goals and deliver results. This role blends strategic thinking, marketing insight, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Meetings
- Lead client kick-off calls to align expectations, discuss goals, and outline timelines
- Set up client folders in Google Drive and ensure onboarding questionnaires are complete
- Record and upload all client meetings to Google Drive
Biweekly Workflow & KPI Reviews
- Log into Ahrefs, BrightLocal, and AgencyAnalytics to review keyword rankings, backlinks, and KPIs
- Evaluate CRM data for lead volume, source, and conversion quality
- Post biweekly summaries in Slack and Asana with key findings and next steps
- Tag relevant team members for follow-up tasks
Client Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare and deliver reports using Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and media data
- Record Loom videos to explain insights, campaign progress, and next strategies
- Analyze SEO and PPC performance and recommend optimization
- Collaborate with the media buying team to improve campaign ROI
- Assist with email marketing performance and automation workflows
Client Communication & Retention
- Schedule regular client calls every 2–4 weeks and prepare talking points
- Share monthly performance updates via email or Loom
- Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction, performance, and long-term retention
- Conduct quarterly feedback surveys and request referrals/testimonials when appropriate
- Identify and prompt referrals after major wins (e.g., record lead volume or Page 1 rankings)
Quality Control & Reporting
- Conduct monthly account reviews, ensuring performance, GMB health, and consistent communications
- Verify citation and press release tasks with clients
- Finalize and send monthly reports once confirmed by the team, including performance highlights and next steps
Requirements
- Experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and media buying
- Experience with reporting tools and creating Loom video updates
- Confident in analyzing data and proposing solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Experience with Slack, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
