What you will experience as a Client Success Coordinator with ChemoMetec
As our Client Success Coordinator for the West Coast, you will be the primary point of contact for existing customers in your region, ensuring they receive exceptional service while maximizing the value they gain from our products and services.
You’ll work closely with Field Application Scientists and the wider sales team to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer experience, and strengthen long-term partnerships with some of the most breakthrough innovators in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
You’ll also have the chance to:
• Develop your expertise in customer relationship management within the life sciences industry.
• Collaborate with industry-leading scientists and decision-makers.
• Play a vital role in expanding ChemoMetec’s presence and influence across your territory.
Examples of what you’ll be doing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Deliver first-class customer service and ensure client satisfaction with existing products and services.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and communication history.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue within the existing customer base.
• Coordinate closely with Field Application Scientists to support customer success initiatives.
• Continuously consider new initiatives and actions to grow instruments sales in your region.
• Send targeted, personalized communications to customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data.
• Attend periodic staff meetings, training sessions, and team events.
What we’re looking for
This role is ideal for a proactive, disciplined, personable account manager who thrives on building strong relationships and identifying new ways to bring value to customers.
You’ll be organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You are someone who:
• Are at the beginning of your career with a drive for succeeding in account management and sales, has around 1-3 years of experience.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect confidently with customers.
• Brings energy, friendliness, and approachability into your role.
• Has strong attention to detail and follow-up. A third eye for how to handle sales dialogues.
• Brings customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality) – preferred but not required.
• Is comfortable using CRM tools and managing accurate records (Zoho CRM is a plus).
Practical information
• You will work closely with Field Application Scientists and regional sales colleagues.
• You will report to the Senior Client Success Manager.
• Territory: West Coast, USA.
