Client Support Representative

RoofingSource is hiring for a Client Support Rep who is: • Hungry, resourceful, and looking to develop their skillset within the sales and operations field and learn more about commercial roofing, construction, and HVAC/R trades • Versatile and willing to wear various hats to assist our sales and operations team at HQ • Task-oriented and dependable, able to knock out daily time-sensitive deliverables • Friendly and able to provide great customer service Experience within the roofing or construction industry is optional as we believe in hiring talented individuals and fostering an environment for goal-oriented teammates to grow. Job Responsibilities: • Updating billable hours and notes in third party facility management software (Service Channel, Corrigo, etc) for corporate clients • Assist sales team with various deliverables (lists, reports, etc) • Assist with client communication • Review and share action items outlined by technician service reports (needed repair/replacement, other contractor intervention ie. plumbing) • Ad hoc projects working closely with our Director of Sales Job Requirements: • English fluency • Computer literacy (e.g., Google Suite, apps, etc) • Articulate communication and presentation skills • Ability to understand and clearly articulate RoofingSource’s services (in-house and external training is provided) • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize Compensation and Benefits A Client Support Rep's industry-competitive salary varies depending on a candidate's professional experience. Most candidates receive a starting salary of $40,000-$50,000/year.
