IV Therapy Clinical & Business Director | Med Spa | Phoenix Biltmore, AZ Lead both the clinical and business sides of a well-established IV therapy provider with in-studio services in the Phoenix Biltmore area. Why You Should Apply • Competitivepay up to $100,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives* • Located in thedesirable Phoenix Biltmore area • Established brandwith steady demand and a loyal clientele • Balance ofclinical leadership and business growthresponsibilities • Daytime-forwardschedule with flexibilityfor peak times and special events • Collaborative teamof experienced infusion RNs working within a proven care model What You’ll Do • Lead daily operations for studio IV services, driving growth while maintaining clinical quality • Supervise and coach staff RNs on IV therapy skills and guest care • Partner with operations and marketing to expand memberships, events, packages, and add-ons • Maintain SOPs, standing orders, and compliance standards with the medical director • Track and improve KPIs across both growth and clinical quality (revenue, repeat visits, incident rates, event throughput) • Represent the company at events and community partnerships to increase visibility and demand What You’ll Bring • Active Arizona RN license • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in IV hydration, infusion, or med spa settings • 3+ years of IV-focused clinical experience (infusion, ER, ICU, urgent care, or med spa) • Expert IV start and infusion skills; comfortable with vitamin/mineral infusions and IM boosters • Knowledge of compliance, safety, and QA standards • Ability to manage schedules, coach teams, and support both business growth and client safety • BLS required; ACLS preferred Ready to take on a leadership role that blends clinical care and business growth?
