Clinical conversation designer

We're looking for a conversation designer to join our team!

Limbic is making effective mental healthcare available to everyone, everywhere. Combining artificial intelligence with beautiful product design, we've built a virtual therapy assistant to support patients AND clinicians throughout the care pathway. Our software is already used in over 15% of NHS talk therapy services and we are building out new opportunities in other care systems.

What your day to day looks like

• You’ll be flexing your clinical/behavorial product skills to create new content and interventions across our products – from triage, to waitlist support and during treatment.
• You’ll give your voice to our AI assistant – helping Limbic interact with users in a friendly and engaging, yet clinically relevant, way.
• For every piece of content and new feature that you create, you’ll also help evaluate (together with the wider clinical team) whether it is achieving its intended goal. This may be in the form of clinical outcomes, patient activation, or reducing therapist workload. You’ll then incorporate the findings back into new ideas for content and product features.
• As the team grows, you’ll help new clinicians, product developers and product designers remain true to the personality and direction you have helped craft

Requirements

• A bachelors in a relevant clinical field (Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Medicine etc.)
• 2+ years of experience working as a clinician with product teams in digital health
• Enthusiasm and motivation to solve problems without explicit direction from other team members.
