You’ll travel to imaging facilities across the U.S. (approximately 2–3 weeks per month) to onboard technologists and ensure they are trained in taking vitals and responding appropriately to contrast reactions and medical emergencies. When not traveling, you’ll work from our Las Vegas office developing training materials, standardizing protocols, and preparing for upcoming site visits.
What We’re Looking For:
• Willingness and flexibility to travel 2–3 weeks per month (and occasionally as needed)
• Outgoing and confident, with excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with people and making a lasting impression
• Solid clinical knowledge and hands-on experience managing medical emergencies and/or contrast reactions
• Highly organized, dependable, and professional—someone who represents our brand with warmth and credibility
Duties
• Travel nationwide (2 -3weeks/month) to train and onboard radiologic technologists on:
• Use of contrast reaction emergency tools (e.g., BP cuff, pulse oximeter, emergency medications)
• Contrast reaction response protocols and workflows
• Use of our supervision platform
• Represent our company onsite as a friendly, knowledgeable presence
• Lead engaging onboarding presentations and group training sessions
• Build rapport and trust with clinical and administrative staff
• Collaborate with operations and leadership while in-office (Las Vegas) on scheduling, client success, and course updates
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (emergency/critical care strongly preferred)
• BLS (AHA-approved)
• ACLS or ALS (Red Cross accepted)
