Clinical Nutritionist, Norton Children's Medical Group Cardiology, Days

The Clinical Nutritionist-NMG promotes holistic wellness through the coordination of health and wellness services which includes resources, support structure, coaching and education to optimize the health and wellness of program participants/patients. This individual promotes excellence by improving the participant's outcomes. The Clinical Nutritionist-NMG is responsible for delivering direct education, coaching and guidance to program participants of all literacy levels The Clinical Nutritionist-NMG must be able to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain participant confidentiality and exhibit excellent customer service skills including effective listening, critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a changing environment.

Required:

• Three years in specialty area
• Bachelor Degree
• Dietitian (State) AND Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (National)
• Must have hospital and/or payer credentialing completed before functioning in this role. 

Desired:

• Master Degree
