Well-established, statewide cancer service line is embarking on a transformative expansion in the Des Moines market. This large Iowa health system seeks dynamic clinical oncologists to help lead, along with the Medical Director, the growth and development of their comprehensive cancer center.

Clinical Medical Oncology
- The practice sees mostly solid tumor in central Iowa. No transplant.
- It is expected the new oncologists will quickly develop a full practice.
- The full complement of providers will include 4 oncologists and 5 APPs.
- Primarily outpatient at two clinic sites in Des Moines.
- 800-bed medical center
- Strong support from multidisciplinary team of radiation and surgical oncologists, pain management, breast surgery, and general surgery.
- Support staff to include scheduler, billing specialist, and CNA.
- 650k base salary
- 150k recruitment incentives
- BE / BC Hematology and Oncology
- Solid clinical experience is preferred; new grads and visa candidates encouraged to apply
