Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our team.In this role, you will provide patient-centered care and ensure safe, effective medication use across a diverse range of needs, including HIV, PrEP, Mental Health, Detox, and Substance Abuse treatment. You will work closely with our team to support patients living with chronic conditions and long-term illnesses. Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical pharmacy services with a focus on HIV, PrEP, and mental health populations. • Counsel patients on medication therapy, adherence, and side-effect management. • Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals to optimize therapy outcomes. • Support and manage medication access programs (including 340B, ADAP, and patient-assistance programs). • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements. Requirements • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited school of pharmacy • Active pharmacist license in the State of California • Experience providing care to HIV, PrEP, and mental-health patients • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications • Advanced training or certification in HIV or specialty pharmacy • Experience in substance-use treatment and 340B program management • Familiarity with mental-health medications and long-term care coordination • MTM (Medication Therapy Management) experience • Ability to administer immunizations • Knowledge of travel medications and related immunizations Why Join Us • Be part of a mission-driven team that values heart, humanity, and excellence • Work in a flexible, supportive, and community-oriented environment • Salary is negotiable based on experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise • Currently open Monday through Saturday with alternating weekend shifts and on-call rotations • Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth To Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
