Clinical Pharmacist II

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Westover Hills is a 250-bed community hospital serving one of the fastest growing areas of San Antonio. All pharmacists process drug orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide drug information. In addition, Clinical Pharmacist IIs participate in the management of patient pharmacotherapy and quality medication management within assigned service areas as a decentralized service. This position posting is for an internal medicine pharmacist to manage patients in the acute medical-surgical setting.
