Clinical Pharmacist - IP - Per Diem

Hourly Pay Range: $58.00 - $89.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: • Position: Clinical Pharmacist • Location: Swedish Hospital, Chicago • Per Diem - As needed • Hours: As needed, evenings & weekends • Required Travel: No What you will need: • License:Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist • Education:BLS or PharmD (preferred) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
