Description This position is located onsite at Swedish - Cherry Hill The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high-quality care to patients. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree - In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, • PharmD - In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. • Board Certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties specific to area of practice within 2 years of starting the role within 2 years of hire. • Pharmacy preceptor license in applicable state as applicable upon hire. • 2 years of Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting or, 5 years of pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement. Preferred Qualifications: • Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent educ/experience. Why Join Providence?
