General Qualifications

• Graduated from Biomedical Engineering or a related field at a university

• Possesses Sales Promotion and Clinical Support (mandatory) certificates

• Has at least 2 years of experience in the field of application

• Proficient in English

• Holds a B-class driver's license and can actively operate a vehicle

• Proficient in MS Office programs

• No domestic travel restrictions

Job Description

• Provide relevant training to customers and sales representatives for the responsible Stryker product group

• Deliver in-depth training to the operating room and general healthcare professional personnel regarding Stryker products

• Work closely with other team members and the Regional Sales Manager within the designated region to maintain the highest levels of customer service

• Should have knowledge and experience related to the responsible Stryker product group

• Support all sales and marketing activities related to the responsible Stryker product group

• Provide demonstrations and user training for the responsible Stryker product group

• Additional responsibilities directed by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

• Report to the Regional Sales Manager to ensure the highest level of customer service

• Schedule demos and training sessions

• Develop demo strategies

• Provide application and configuration support for sales representatives

• Always exhibit excellent ethical behavior, show respect to customers and other employees, and represent Stryker in the best way

• Attend seminars related to the product groups for which you are responsible for customers

• Assist the relevant Sales Representative in presenting proposals for the devices you are responsible for to the customer

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers

Genel Nitelikler

• Üniversitelerin Biyomedikal Mühendisliği veya benzeri bölümlerinden mezun
• Satış Tanıtım ve Klinik Destek (zorunlu) belgelerine sahip
• Alanında en az 2 yıl aplikasyon tecrübesine sahip
• İngilizce bilgisine sahip
• B Sınıfı ehliyet sahibi ve aktif olarak araç kullanabilen
• MS Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen
• Yurt içi seyahat engeli olmayan

• Sorumlu olduğu Stryker ürün grubu ile ilgili eğitimleri müşterilere ve satış temsilcilerine vermek
• Stryker ürünleri hakkında ameliyathane ve genel sağlık profesyoneli personeline derinlemesine eğitim vermek
