Clinical Track, Assistant/Associate Professor, Urology

The Department of Urology at Tulane University School of Medicine is seeking board certified/board eligible urologists for two positions: Endourologist and Urologic Oncologist.  The potential candidate must be fellowship trained.

The candidates will practice primarily at East Jefferson Hospital (Tulane Urology's flagship hospital) and University Medical Center of New Orleans, with potential future opportunities at the VA medical center.  The academic appointments will be through Tulane University School of Medicine.  This is a unique opportunity for individuals to establish a clinical practice, conduct urological research (clinical, translational, and/or basic science), and to educate residents, fellows, and medical students.

Requirements:

• Completion of a fellowship in endourology or urologic oncology from an ACGME-accredited fellowship program in the U.S.
• Active medical license in LA or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license to practice as a urologist in Louisiana.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
