Position Overview We are seeking an experiencedCustom Closet Installerto join our installation team. This role requires hands-on experience with closet systems, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver finished high-quality projects in clients’ homes. What You’ll Do • Install custom closets and organizational systems with precision and efficiency • Read and follow design plans, layouts, and measurements • Ensure proper fit, finish, and functionality of all installations • Communicate professionally with customers and team members • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For • 3–4 years of custom closet installation experience (Required) • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (Required) • Strong carpentry/finish carpentry skills • Ability to safely use hand and power tools • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude • Must be dependable with strong attendance and work ethic • Must be willing to submit to a background check What We Offer • Competitive Commission Pay (based on experience) • Opportunity to work with a supportive, skilled team • Consistent, year-round work • On-Site Training If you’re anexperiencedcloset installer looking to join a team that values craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you!
