About the Role

Tecsys Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cloud Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Cloud Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our company's finances and operations. With our transformative supply chain solutions, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our customers in a rapidly changing omni-channel world. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance data to identify trends and drive strategic decision making.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Evaluate and improve financial and operational processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business development initiatives and investment decision making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree and experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, with a strong interest into accounting and financing; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree and experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, with a strong interest into computer science, cloud technologies and cloud provider.
• 1+ years relevant experience as an Information Technology or Finance professional managing IT.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and public cloud concepts.
• Ability to establish IT cost management strategies, models, processes, and tools
• Understanding of cloud billing practices and procedures
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills, coupled with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.

Nice to have 

AWS, Azure and/or GCP Cloud Certification; FinOps Practitioner, Cloud Financial Management, Total Business Management or equivalent certifications would be an asset.

Experience in cloud would be an asset.
