We are seeking a Cloud Pre-Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in managing multiple cloud products from a technical and business point of view.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:

Work with our customers to understand their challenges and needs and the valueĀ in solving them.

Collaborate with teams acrossĀ GcoreĀ to deliver an amazing solution toĀ ourĀ customers.

Excel at owning and coordinating team resources to successfully build and deliverĀ a compelling and differentiated solution demonstration.

Design aĀ Customer-centric Solution aligned with Business Value.

Collaboration with Sales Managers create proposals and organize live demos andĀ product presentations. Provide technical consulting to customers.

Lead pre-sales architectural discussions and design workshops with customersĀ and understand customers' technical requirements deeply.

Share the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap ofĀ GcoreĀ features.

Act as a bridge between customers service engineering teams and support.
Qualifications
We Expect You to Have:
-
5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales solution engineering or technical consulting (cloud infrastructure or related domains).

Experience in coordinating cross-functional pre-sales or solution delivery projects.

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with public or private clouds: AIaaS GPU IaaS Bare Metal Networking PaaS VMware OpenStack etc.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) billing systems and experience building repeatable internal processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Confident public speaker and workshop facilitator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
