What we are building

Domino’s Public Sector vertical is new and growing. Domino has announced its intent to pursue FedRAMP authorization and have matured our sales motion with some notable customer wins already. Our mission for the next stage of growth is to bring Domino’s industry-leading products and solutions to more public sector agencies to support their drive to increasingly adopt AI and data science and grow revenue in FY25 and beyond. For this reason, we will continue building our team, developing relationships with prospects, and enhancing our product security and capabilities for public sector agencies.

The Cloud SRE will improve and control our hybrid-cloud usage progressively implementing tooling and controls to build better costs management, and increase quality, reproducibility and operability. Give developers better ways to acknowledge and operate all their cloud resources across hybrid-cloud hybrid-account.

What your impact will be

  • Work in conjunction with Domino Security/Compliance to enable full compliance with FedRAMP and Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards
  • Implement and maintain high availability and performance of the AWS GovCloud infrastructure
  • Identify and automate routine tasks and develop tools to improve efficiency and accuracy within the cloud infrastructure
  • Define, develop, monitor, and report on SLOs and key performance metrics

What we look for in this role

  • Deep technical skills in Kubernetes architecture, AWS cloud services, and cloud-native technologies
  • Skilled in automation tools and scripting languages to streamline cloud operations
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP High
  • Comfortable with and deep understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to document procedures, configurations, and compliance evidence effectively
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance is required

Bonus Points

  • Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS) and AWS (AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, AWS Certified Security)

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
