Essential functions:

• Lead pre and post-sales tech enablement for exceptional deal success and customer satisfaction
• Conduct hands-on testing and co-author captivating use-case documentation
• Create dynamic content for engaging trade show and conference presentations
• Provide technical expertise for internal training and act as a customer/partner liaison
• Drive early access programs to ensure smooth feature adoption
• Influence product design and prioritization through comprehensive insights
• Collaborate with engineering and product management for innovative designs
• Conduct market analysis to inform strategic product decisions

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Data Protection solutions, including disaster recovery solutions
• Hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Good understanding of a virtualization infrastructure (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V), deployment of datastore for VM provisioning on various type of storage media
• Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP is a huge advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of a database or VM administrator lifecycle.
• Customer-centric mindset, adept at understanding and resolving customer problems.
• Advantageous experience working in globally distributed teams.
• Proven expertise in navigating and conquering complex problem-solving scenarios.
