Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer with experience in PCDMIS to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating approximately 15 CMM programs based on CAD/3D models and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of these programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement CMM programs based on CAD/3D models.

* Assist with correlation activities by comparing the results of two independent inspection methods (AS13003 standard).

* Validate the repeatability and reproducibility of program routines (Gage R&R) per AS13003, improving repeatability as needed.

* Review and troubleshoot CMM programs to ensure accuracy and functionality.

* Configure CMM report outputs and CSV files for integration with Hexagon QDAS software.

Qualifications:

* Strong technical background with a good understanding of turbine airfoil and complex component inspection best practices.

* Experience with turbine airfoil nozzles.

* Proficient in PCDMIS.

* Familiarity with Hexagon CMMs.

* Experience with the Gage R&R process.

* Knowledge of AS13003 or equivalent automotive specifications is a plus.

* Extensive knowledge of GD&T, including complex datum structures, polar coordinates, and CMM programming best practices for iterative alignments.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Poka-Yoke mentality, ensuring CMM programs are developed with an anti-crash mindset suitable for shop floor operation.
