As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dynamic individual who can manage both project execution and the day-to-day operations of our Austin office. We’re looking for a highly organized and driven CMT Project Manager who will also serve as the Office Lead. In this role, you’ll manage field and lab testing projects, coordinate with clients and field technicians, and oversee office operations—including staffing, scheduling, and overall team performance. Key Responsibilities: Project Management (CMT): • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction materials testing projects from start to finish • Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders • Review field and laboratory reports for accuracy and quality • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations • Provide technical support and mentorship to field staff Office Management: • Supervise day-to-day operations of the office, including technician schedules and resource planning • Manage and mentor field and administrative staff • Oversee office logistics, equipment, and supplies • Support business development and client relationship management • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Construction Materials Testing, with project management responsibilities • Experience managing a team or office preferred • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with ASTM/AASHTO testing procedures • Certifications such as ACI, NICET, or equivalent are a plus • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Must be able to pass a physical examination, drug screening, and background check What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Company truck • Benefits package include: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, STD, and LTD • PTO and paid holidays • Monetary assistance for work boots and cell phone Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) 4% Match • AD&D insurance • Cell phone reimbursement • Company truck • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Experience: • Construction Materials Testing Project Management: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • ACI Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Austin, TX 78754 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Austin, TX 78754: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
