CNC Lathe Set-Up / Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing Location:Phoenix, AZ We are a well-established aerospace manufacturing company seeking anexperienced CNC Lathe Set-Up / Operatorto join our team. Key Responsibilities • Perform CNC Lathe set-up and operation in a production environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor. • Create and revise CNC programs as needed. • Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and job aids. • Ensure quality standards are met using advanced inspection methods. • Adapt to changes in production schedules and handle multiple tasks effectively. • Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime/weekends as needed. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Experience withHaasandFanuccontrols preferred. • Strong understanding ofGD&Tand blueprint reading. • Proficient in shop math and problem-solving. • Advanced knowledge of inspection methods. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
