CNC Machine Operator

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - $26/hr. This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC MACHINE OPERATOR for our manufacturing client to start at $26/hr. depending on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities: Set-up CNC Machines, run parts, perform routine preventative maintenance. • Inspect parts, deburr, and perform manual operations as needed. Prepare and preset necessary tools for upcoming jobs. • Regularly update and maintain all visual control systems. • Create or support countermeasures; participate in problem solving exercises. Overtime mandatory when required; including weekends Location:Alsip, IL Schedule/Shift Details: • 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Mon-Fri Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years’ of machining experience. • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Proficient in CNC set up and operation • Capability of making tool changes and in-process offset adjustments. • Solid understand of blueprint reading and GD&T • Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, etc.) • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals.
