CNC Machine Operator

Job Overview: We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator who is passionate about precision manufacturing and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and producing high-quality components to specifications. This role requires an understanding of machining techniques, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: • Sets up and operates CNC mill machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. • Prepares machines for cutting by fitting attachments, adjusting fixtures, and placing templates. • Inputs program instructions into machines and begins cutting programs. • Monitors machine performance and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy. • Deburr and finish parts as needed to meet quality standards. • Collaborates with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize machining processes. • Performs routine maintenance on CNC machines to keep them in optimal working condition. • Ensures that all products are built as stated in Production Orders, drawing, bill of materials and work instructions. Qualifications: • Experience and knowledge of CNC Mill Machining. • 1-2-years of 3-axis mill experience. • Strong knowledge of machining techniques and materials. • Familiarity with HAAS VF2 / VF3 is a plus. • Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation. • Ability to read and understand engineering documentation.
