CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, basic programming preferably and utilizing precision measuring instruments to ensure high-quality production standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively Responsibilities • Operate Haas CNC machines, to produce precision parts according to specifications. • Program CNC machinery based on engineering drawings and specifications. • Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any operational issues • Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications • Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility is preferred. • Proficiency in programming CNC machines • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. • Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
