What You’ll Be Doing: • Set up and runCNC Mills and Lathes (3- and 4-axis), focusing on Haas machines. • Interpret blueprints and technical drawingslike a pro. • Perform quality checksusing micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, CMMs, and vision systems. • Make editsusing Fanuc programming and apply GD&T standards. • Troubleshoot issues and take initiative to keep production moving smoothly. • Cross-train onSwiss, EDM Wire, Mill-Turn, and Matsuura 5-axisfor even more growth. • Help maintain a clean, organized shop and assist in basic machine maintenance. • Track your work, complete documentation, and own your area. • Bring your ideas, your hustle, and your accountability. Tech You’ll Be Working With: • Fanuc controls, G & M Codes, GD&T • Haas Mills/Lathes, Matsuura 5-axis, Swiss, EDM • Ninety IO– our tool for goal-setting, meetings, and transparency across the company What You Bring to the Table: • 3–5 years CNC experience (setup + operation) • Solid background withfirst article setup, tooling knowledge, andtroubleshooting • A drive to grow your skills on 5th axis, EDM, Swiss • A serious respect for precision and safety • A good sense of humor and team spirit • A positive, proactive attitude—because that’s how we roll Our Culture: At BPI Medical,accountability is love.
