CNC Machinist 1st shift $22

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to operate a copper fabrication machine at our Phoenix facility. This role is critical to our production process, ensuring high-quality precision work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor CNC machinery used in copper fabrication * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions * Set up and adjust machine settings based on job specifications * Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards * Perform routine maintenance on machines and report issues promptly * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Qualifications: * Experience operating CNC machinery (preferably in metal or copper fabrication) * Ability to read blueprints and technical documents * Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods If you're a dependable CNC operator with a passion for precision and quality, we’d love to hear from you!
