CNC Machinist (5+ years of experience)

Position Details: • Full-Time(Approx. 40 hours per week) • Hourly Rate:$20.50 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. • Perform routine quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. • Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with CNC equipment. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. • Assist in other departments (saw, stamping, S/R, threading) to meet goals and deadlines as well as learn new skills. • Be punctual and consistent with attendance. Specifics: • Doosan Puma 2600SYB lathes, Doosan Puma 2600YB lathes • Doosan DNM 5700 Mill • Fanuc Controls • Both production and custom components • Responsible for your own work, but with Mgmt and QC support and oversight. Qualifications: • Experience operating CNC machines is required. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
