CNC Machinist

Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to deliver precision machining solutions by operating CNC mills and/or lathes machines and ensuring high-quality one-off and prototype parts in a job shop environment. Responsibilities • Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations. • Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. • Read blueprints and part sheets to determine proper approach to creating precision parts. • Qualifications • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. • Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T. • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with precision measuring instruments. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
