CNC Machinist

Depending on Experience | 2nd and 3rd Shifts (10% Shift Premium) | OT Optional |Weekly Pay Complete Benefit Package: • Health (HSA Option Available) • Dental • Vision • PTO / Paid Vacation • 401(K) Plan Upon Eligibility • Company Paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability • Eligibility for additional: Short/Long-Term Disability, Accidental, Life Insurance Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity • Company Paid Holidays CNC Skills: • Ability to set up CNC: Grinding / Lathe / Mill / Swiss from start to finish including prepping of tools • Ability to read and understand M and G codes • Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls • Knowledge of Lyndex Nikken rotary table with 3+2 on Vertical Mills • Experience with full 5-Axis Vertical Mills • Trouble shoot machining processes and machines • Operate multiple machines at one time • Experience with Medical Components • Star CNC Swiss machine knowledge • Machining experience with Titanium, Stainless, and High Nickel alloys • Troubleshooting/optimizing new CNC programs and processes • Hand toolpath programming (angles/radii) • Has Grinding experience – CNC or Manual machine • Additionally has previous Cutter Grinding experience • Tool room background. Additional Skills: • Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge • Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance • Use of Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, CMM, Optical Comparators and Keyence • Follow Quality Procedures • Precision Metrology • Math and computer skills • Knowledge of removing burrs • Medical manufacturing Protocols Physical Requirements: • Lift 40 lbs. occasionally • Standing for prolonged periods of time • 20/20 vision with correction The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
