CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Fast-growing, ISO 9001-certified CNC machining and 3D printing manufacturing service provider has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Machinist who possesses ample experience. We require the candidate to have a minimum of three to four years of experience, and have a strong background in general CNC factory machining and manufacturing. The qualified candidate will be able to: CNC Machine (Milling) • CNC program, setup, fixture, and mill with Haas controllers • Programming skills are ideal but not required • Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis (5th axis is a plus) • Ability to read drawings / blueprints • Strong understanding of GD&T • Understanding of part plating and coatings to determine final part tolerance requirements Programming & Software • Detailed experience with CamWorks or SolidWorks CAM to produce multi-setup mill programs • Alternatively, SolidWorks experience with feature-based CAM is acceptable Skilled Finishing of CNC machined or manufactured parts experience is helpful • Finish deburring, sanding, polishing • Hole Tapping • Drilling • Pencil Grinding • Threaded inserts • Pins • General fabrication Qualifying candidates will also possess: • U.S. citizenship is mandatory as we are a ITAR-certified factory • Excellent organization, verbal and written skills • Ability to participate in a team-member environment. • Positivity and productivity and a working environment. • Ability to work independently and as a team player, and with minimal supervision while adhering to industry and department standards • Proven strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills • Experience in service-based manufacturing A competitive wage will be determined upon hire and be paired with a benefits package, including generous medical, 401K, and vision and dental options.
