CNC Machinist Arlington, TX | Competitive Hourly Pay | Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated Machinist to join our team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining and a strong desire to grow their skills in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build their machining career with the support of on-the-job training and modern equipment. What You’ll Do • Operate and program CNC mills and lathes (Hurco, HAAS, Fadal, YCM, Kalamazoo, and more) • Read and interpret GD&T and part drawings • Work with G & M Code for machining operations • Perform mill/lathe setup (experience a plus, not required) • Use and maintain measuring equipment (basic tools required; precision equipment provided) • Safely operate band saws, panel saws, grinders, and rotary tools • Follow work instructions and see tasks through to completion • Handle materials and lift up to 50 lbs What We’re Looking For • 1-4 years of machine shop experience preferred (not required) • CNC mill/lathe programming knowledge • Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and on a team Schedule • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. • 8-hour shifts, consistent schedule Benefits • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • Paid time off (PTO) and paid vacation • Paid holidays Work Location • On-site in Arlington, TX 76001 Apply today to join a team that values craftsmanship, continuous learning, and career growth!
