What you’ll do: • Machine high-precision components to exact specifications • Set up CNC machines using proper tooling and programs • Adjust machining controls (speed, angle, depth) to optimize performance • Monitor operations for malfunctions or deviations and correct as needed • Read and interpret complex blueprints • Maintain traceability and documentation for all parts • Contribute to other tasks as needed in a team-driven environment What we’re looking for: • Experienced Mazak or Mori Seiki machinist • Precision machining expertise • Strong grasp of safety protocols, quality standards, and multi-tasking under pressure • Clear communicator with a sharp eye for detail Required: • Highly skilled machinists who have 5+ years of multi-industry precision machining expertise • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift • High school diploma or GED Preferred: • 3+ years of premium or semi-premium threading experience in a job shop setting Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Schedule: • Day shift • Every weekend • Monday to Friday • Overtime Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Overtime pay Application Question(s): • What types of premium or semi-premium connections have you machined? • Must answer to be considered for the position* Ability to Commute: • Houston, TX 77091 (Required) Work Location: In person
