CNC Machinist/ Programmer

About the Role: Finzer Roller seeks an experienced first shift CNC Machinist/ Programmer. The Machinist plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process utilizing machining techniques to produce high-quality components. Specific responsibilities for the Machinist will include: • Program CNC lathes using Mastercam and G-Code. • Set up and CNC engine lathes with Fanuc controls. • Machine metal parts with tight tolerances (up to +/- .001") • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Repair steel or aluminum cores using CNC lathes • Use precision measuring tolls including calipers and micrometers. • Focus on quality output Qualifications: • 3+ years CNC setup and operation experience. • Experience with G-Code and Mastercam required. • Ability to use precision measuring equipment and strong math skills. • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
