CNC Mill Operator

CNC & Manual Machining Operator Pay:$25.00 – $33.50 per hour Schedule:Full-Time 6am- 2:30pm | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Expected Hours:40 hours per week Company Overview: We are part of an international group specializing inindustrial machinery for heating element production. As we expand our U.S. operations, we are seeking a skilledCNC & Manual Milling Machine Operatorto join our team. Job Summary: This position focuses primarily onmilling work, bothCNC (3-axis Haas)andmanual (Bridgeport)operations. We are looking for a candidate with5–8 years of hands-on experiencein both CNC and manual machining who is ready to contribute in a dynamic, precision-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate both CNC milling machines (Haas 3-axis) and manual Bridgeport milling machines. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Set up, modify, or create G-code programs as needed. • UseInventor CAD/CAMto transfer data to CNC machines. • Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. • Conduct quality checks to ensure machining accuracy. • Assist in the mechanical assembly department when required. • Comply with OSHA standards and all safety procedures. • Maintain proper documentation and system entries; experience withQuickBooks and Microsoft Officeis a plus. Qualifications: • 5–8 years of experience operatingCNC milling machines(Haas preferred). • 5–8 years of experience withmanual milling(Bridgeport). • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and G-code programming. • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools. • CAD/CAM (Inventor) experience preferred. • Ability to contribute to assembly tasks when needed. • Familiarity with safety compliance and OSHA guidelines. • Experience with office systems likeMicrosoft OfficeandQuickBooksis a plus.
