CNC Operator

Operate and maintain HAAS and Fadal CNC Mills in a fast-paced guitar manufacturing environment at ESP USA Guitar Manufacturing Facility. Set up machines, monitor operations, and ensure parts meet specifications and production deadlines. Essential Duties • Set up and operate HAAS and Fadal CNC Mills according to program specificationsMonitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and precisionMeasure critical dimensions of completed parts to verify specifications and tolerancesBalance workload between both machines to maximize efficiency and productivityPrepare materials and parts for machining operations while machines are runningMaintain accurate operator logs and production priority listsCommunicate with production teams to coordinate part delivery and workflowMaintain a clean and organized work area and machine equipmentComplete additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
