CNC Operator/Programer

**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team . The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and be proficient in milling and fabrication. This role requires attention to detail, strong quality control skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. **Duties** - Operate CNC milling machines, fabricate parts, and ensure precise tolerances. - Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other precision measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications. - Implement GD&T principles to ensure accurate part placement and orientation. - Use CAM programming software to create and modify CNC programs. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines, working closely with maintenance and engineering teams. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and adhering to all OSHA regulations. - Collaborate with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste. **Skills** - Experience with CNC milling machines and fabrication processes. - Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and GD&T principles. - Proficiency with CAM programming software and ability to create and modify CNC programs. - Familiarity with materials handling and ability to lift and move heavy materials. - Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility setting. - Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on attention to detail. - Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations. - Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with production team members. - Knowledge of Fanuc CNC systems and their applications.
