CNC Programmer/Machinist 5+Yrs EXP REQ

Responsibilities: • Full knowledge of Master cam and programming software. • Full knowledge of programming for both CNC Lathe and CNC Mill machines. • Full knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Solid works or 360 Autodesk. • Apply the program and set up CNC machines to perform precision machining toward First article. • Full Knowledge of GD & T, to be able to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements. • Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories on machines. • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary. • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. • Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform routine maintenance tasks Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer and at least 7 years as machinist. • Working experience in Aerospace CNC machine shop environment. • Working and programing experience with both 3 and 5 Axis CNC machines. • Comprehensive understanding of CNC machining on both mills and lathes. • Knowledge of tooling and cutting tool selection. • Ability to use power tools and measuring instruments, such as calipers Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors • Good team work attitude.
