Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. You will work closely with engineers and other machinists to ensure quality and efficiency in the production process. A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and the ability to work with various tools and equipment is essential for success in this role.
Duties
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models to fabricate parts accurately.
• Program CNC machines for various machining operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Help to troubleshoot and solve technical machining issues.
• Occasionally Operate CNC machines, including milling machines, to produce high-quality components
• Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices that enhance productivity.
• Safely operate power tools and forklifts as needed during the fabrication process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs and creating machining programs.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and gauges.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate milling machines and other related equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
