Job Purpose
The CNS Tele-Sales Partner (CTS) is a fully remote member of the sales team and is responsible for engaging HCPs and the practice regarding the use of CNS products for appropriate patients. CTS are key players in providing support for the CNS product with HCPs that are in open areas or not / low called upon. CTS responsibilities will also include capturing and maintaining data in our CRM system, coordinating personal and non-personal management of leads with appropriate marketing and regional sales team personnel. This position requires a person with sales and scientific credibility to interact with physicians and key office account stakeholders. The individual also needs to have a curious and tenacious personality and be comfortable on the phone and engaging with customers virtually.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with HCPs and the practice and/or office regarding the use of CNS products.
- Utilize target data and account finding detective on the phone with neurology offices.
- Capture total account call activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HCP leads to the field team.
- Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles.
- Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products.
- Participate in all required training and sales meetings.
- Make customer/sales presentations.
- Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all timekeeping, Details, call activity, within the approved CRM.
- Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets.
Requirements:
- Four-Year College Degree. Working knowledge of Veeva Engage
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
- Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals.
- Advanced listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner.
- Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems.
- High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work.
- Ability to be flexible as needed to meet fluctuating business needs.
- Private, quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred:
- Inside Pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Experience with Sales Force preferred.
- Minimum 1 year inside sales experience OR B2B territory management/account management experience.

Annualized base salary ranges from $73,600 – $101,200 plus sales incentive; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this range commensurate with various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and merit.
