Estamos contratando Senior Growth Analyst.

estarás enfocado/a en transformar la empresa a través de proyectos. Crearás fuentes de data / información para el uso de la empresa. Desarrollarás análisis apalancando estas fuentes de información para la toma de decisión. Crearás herramientas / dashboards para llevar a nuestra empresa a un nivel avanzado de analítica. Finalmente, trabajarás con los equipos de liderazgo de toda la empresa para implementar mejoras en la forma que operamos

Requerimientos

•  Egresado/a de carreras contables o ingenierías
• 2 años de experiencia en roles de consultoría y gestión empresarial
• experiencia en programación o ciencia de datos, Power BI, SQL
• experiencia en análisis de datos
• Capacidad analítica superior: Experiencia, pasión y ganas en temas altamente cuantitativos.
• Proactividad: Persona altamente proactiva que tenga la autodeterminación para empujar los proyectos con relativa independencia. Buscamos personas enérgicas, con capacidad de toma de decisiones y ejecución
• Creatividad: Capacidad y pasión por la resolución de problemas desarrollando nuevas ideas
• Trabajo en equipo: Este rol tendrá que trabajar con múltiples áreas dentro de la empresa y por ende también deberá tener la disposición de trabajar en equipo para implementar soluciones. Dentro del rol debe estar abierto/a a las opiniones del equipo y reconocer tanto sus competencias como sus límites aceptándolos con humildad
