RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Application Development and Production Support for multiple large projects • Research and resolve production issues, troubleshooting of mainframe on-line and batch abends • Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process to improve performance and shorten the critical path window • Perform Impact Analysis across multiple platforms and applications • Deliver complete documentation for estimates, design and development • IBM mainframe COBOL, CICS, MQ, DB2, JCL • Support nightly batch production support REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: ** Must have a stable work history** • MUST have experience with Consumer Finance (Loans/Leases) • 5+ years’ experience as a IBM Mainframe Developer with COBOL, CICS, MQ, DB2, and JCL. • Experience in Business knowledge of financial services, understanding of financial services automotive lending, Customer Service, Payment Processing, Taxes, End of Term and Extension processes, Collections, Delinquency Tracking, Repossession,Charge Off, Recovery, Bankruptcy, and Accounting. • Excellent written and oral communication skills HIGHLY DESIRED: • Automotive Finance industry experience • Experience with Fidelity Information Systems (FIS) - Systematics • Familiarity with test practices and deliverables for unit test ========================================== ========================================== Calance Consultant Benefits Offerings: • EPO/PPO Medical Plans • HMO/PPO Dental programs- Vision - VSP (Vision Plan Summary) • 401K Retirement vesting program (VOYA) • Paid Bi-Weekly/Direct Deposit • Flex Spending Plan • Voluntary Life, AD&D, STD or LTD plans
