Our two-year Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to immerse you in real-world experiences across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence. You’ll be part of an exciting future where your work directly impacts our iconic brands like Sensodyne, Voltaren, and Centrum. We combine trusted science,

human understanding, and a passion for innovation to improve the lives of consumers around the world. You’ll rotate through different teams, gaining exposure to various business functions and receiving coaching and mentoring every step of the way.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work on impactful projects that contribute to our business goals and help improve the lives of our consumers.

• Lead initiatives that influence our strategy, operations, and customer relationships

• Build strong communication and leadership skills as you collaborate with customers, internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners.

• Take ownership of your personal and professional development, with support from your managers and peers

• Be part of a purpose-driven company that puts the consumer at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for talented graduates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and excited to take on new challenges. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Application Process:

The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

• Application: You will need to provide information about your education and Right to Work status.

• Online Assessment: You will complete an online assessment that includes an interview.

• Recruiter Screening: If selected, an Early Talent Partner will contact you to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.

• Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a interview, which will include a competency-based interview and may involve a case study or technical exercise.

• Offer: Candidates will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the interview
