Title: Commercial Card Operations Analyst Location: Dallas, TX ( 2 days onsite required) Job Summary We’re looking for a detail-orientedCommercial Card Operations Analystto support the day-to-day processing and revenue share operations of our Commercial Card program. In this hybrid role, you’ll balance structured daily production tasks with business analytics, helping shape dashboards, streamline reporting, and optimize processes using tools like Power BI and PowerApps. This role acts as a key liaison between internal departments—including Accounting, Back Office Processing, and Balancing—and our card processing vendor to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of the Commercial Card product. As the subject matter expert (SME) on operations and posting practices,you will manage account lifecycle activities, support payment operations, monitor general ledger (GL) transactions, and perform credit action updates. This position requires a strong command of business analytics and advanced Excel skills to drive performance and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Liaison to Back Office and Card Processor • Analyze exception and payment reports to identify and resolve issues. • Research and resolve transaction rejects in coordination with internal teams and vendors. • Support daily operations and execute critical control activities. • Monitor and analyze data to proactively identify operational anomalies. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures. Process Improvement and Project Support • Identify and implement process improvements to automate manual workflows and reduce operational expenses. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on projects and initiatives. • Document business requirements and create clear process flows. • Act as SME for Commercial Card data and its use across internal systems and reporting tools. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience (or equivalent coursework) in business management, finance or accounting. • Experience using SharePoint. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience in commercial card operations or financial services. • Financial Analysis experience. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power BI including experience updating & creating dashboards as well as scorecards from scratch. • Proven track record in process improvement and automation. • Familiarity with balancing and GL monitoring practices.
