What You’ll Get: • Steady work— consistent projects thanks to our solid commercial client base • Flexible schedule— mostly day shifts, but expect occasional overnights or weekends • Full-time, permanent gig • Real chances to grow and build a career with a respected team Your Role: • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings without breaking a sweat • Handle all skilled carpentry tasks — door hanging, cabinet installs, trim, siding, flooring • Lay tile precisely, following layout specs • Jump in on roofing, framing, and general tenant improvement duties when needed • Move and handle materials safely every day • Coordinate smoothly with subs and other trades to keep projects on track • Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and professional — first impressions matter • Spot and solve construction issues before they become headaches What We Need From You: • Proven commercial carpentry experience (or equivalent) • Comfortable reading blueprints and construction docs • Self-starter who works well independently or with a team • Strong grasp of commercial construction standards and safety • Physically ready to hustle — lifting, moving, standing all day • Clean, professional look and respectful attitude (medical and office spaces demand it) • Your own tools and reliable transportation Ready to Build?If you’re a hands-on carpenter who delivers quality work and wants to be part of a serious commercial construction crew,apply today.
