Commercial Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas. • Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants. • Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance as needed. • Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. • Assist with cooking or food preparation as required in certain settings. • Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs. Experience • Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards and procedures is a plus. • Skills in carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods are advantageous. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
