Commercial Cleaning Technician

Full Job Description We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Cleaning Associate to join our team. Shift: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-1pm. Attendance is held at the highest standard within our company. MUST HAVE A RELIABLE MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. LATENESS IS NOT TOLERATED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF THESE TWO ITEMS ARE AN ISSUE. Job does require some travel to Philadelphia locations as well. Responsibilities • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations • Must be able to function a commercial back pack vacuum Skills • Proven working experience as a cleaner • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, processes and supplies • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets • Integrity • High school degree Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week Ability to Commute: • Philadelphia, PA 19141 (Required) Work Location: In person
