We are looking for aCommercial Construction Plumbing Foremanto work with and oversee numerous system parts and mechanisms. This individual is responsible for planning, laying out, participating in, and supervising plumbing work on our commercial job sites. Our designers and draftsmen provide detailed prints that our foremen use to get the work done on time and according to plan. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: · Work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project objectives, goals, and timelines are met · Reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and plans to understand the layout/direction of the job · Mentor and train mechanics and trainees to build trust, teamwork, and morale · Build and maintain strong relationships with GC’s, personnel, and other subcontractors · Coordinate onsite manpower to perform efficient installs · Provide accurate projections and outlooks of job site status and requirements · Responsible for onsite disciplinary action with adherence to Company policies · Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure required material is on-site · Manage field crews to ensure the quality of work and timely completion of assigned tasks · Identify and lead crews in efficient installation processes · Responsible for keeping accurate logs and daily job site reports, as well as accurate weekly payroll reporting · Complete jobs on time and within budget · Handle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner · Maintains a clean and safe work environment with the proper use of tools and related equipment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
