We’re looking for a full-time Commercial Counsel to join our vibrant Legal team in Tel-Aviv.

Wake up for this:

• Work closely with our sales and business teams
• Conduct negotiations and draft commercial international agreements
• Review customers forms, terms, NDAs and other documents

Requirements

• A certified lawyer, with up to 2 years of experience (not including internship) as an in-house counsel in a high-tech company or prominent law firm, experienced in commercial agreements
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Passionate, smart, hardworking, analytical, thrive in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Well versed in English, both written and spoken
• Hebrew speaker
• Ability to work with and use technological tools
